Adding a New School Related Event
There are a couple things that need to be done, depending on what type of event it is.
If this is an Interest Group related event, you must do the following:
1. Check the SGA Calendar and make sure no other interest groups have an event or meeting schedulled at the same time
2. Submit your event to the SGA Calendar so no other groups schedule a school related event as the same time as you.
3. Request a Room from LSUHSC in which to hold the event.
Any event, school related or not, is welcome to be added to the Calendar on www.lsumedstudents.com using this Submit New Event form.
